Ealing Council is recruiting an ASC Systems and Data Analyst to join the Adults' Social Care team on a full-time basis. You will work with the Operational Data Lead and senior managers to provide high-quality analysis, performance reporting and BI that informs strategic decisions and service improvement.

• Produce in-depth analysis and interpretation of complex data from multiple systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and BI products.
• Provide benchmarking and performance information to support service improvement.
• Collaborate with managers to improve data use across Adults' Social Care.
• Lead on national surveys, ensuring accurate returns and deadlines.
• Support statutory data submissions to NHS England and other bodies.
• Promote data quality, identify issues and provide training/guidance.
• Contribute to transformation programmes within Adult Social Care.
