Job summary

Running Point Recruitment is seeking an Amazon Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of two to three brand accounts from our Leeds office. You will manage client relationships, translate objectives into actionable plans and drive growth across Amazon marketplaces.

You will collaborate with trading, advertising and content specialists to optimise sales, visibility and profitability while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting new account onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of two to three Amazon brand accounts and act as main client contact.
• Lead reporting, promotional planning, product launches and operational activity for each account.
• Translate client objectives into clear account plans and growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility and profitability on Amazon.
• Monitor account health and resolve operational or compliance issues proactively.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with specialist teams to deliver client plans.
