Job summary

MOON RECRUITMENT in Leeds is seeking a commercially driven Channel Manager to own and grow online marketplace revenue streams, focusing on Wayfair, Amazon and similar platforms. You will optimise listings, align promotions, and report performance to improve profitability across channels.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Customer Services to ensure accurate data, optimal listings and strategic growth across marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing online marketplace channels, including Wayfair and Amazon Seller / Vendor.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing pricing, margins, and promotional calendars.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets; confident in interpreting platform analytics.
• Experience optimising listings and product data in accordance with best practices.
• Hands-on experience launching/running a new Amazon Seller Central account (UK or EU) and Wayfair.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise product listings, content, and range on Wayfair, Amazon and other partner platforms.
• Work with marketing to create A+ content, Brand Store pages, and enhanced product listings.
• Own marketplace revenue and margin performance; forecast, track, and report on KPIs by platform and SKU.
• Align promotional calendars and trading strategy with broader commercial and seasonal activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, stock planning, packaging requirements, and commercial opportunities.
• Monitor platform fees, advertising ROI, and profitability by channel.
• Manage Amazon PPC and continuously optimise ROAS.
• Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and category analysis to inform listings and promotions.
• Develop and manage product review generation strategies to build social proof and conversion.
