Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing consultancy, specialises in helping Amazon brands maximise their potential. They are experts in driving growth, enhancing operations, and solving complex challenges. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to join their team and lead strategic initiatives with high-performing clients.

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing relationships, optimising performance, and driving success for Amazon brands. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on impactful projects and be at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.

This role requires an expert in Amazon execution but will not involve operational tasks. Instead, the focus is on consulting and education, helping brands improve their Amazon strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute advanced Amazon PPC strategies, managing six-figure monthly budgets.
  • Analyse and implement strategies to improve organic rankings and optimise product listings.
  • Manage 8-figure Private Label brand portfolios, ensuring continued growth and profitability.
  • Oversee backend logistics, inventory, and cost analysis to improve efficiency.
  • Act as the primary client contact, leading calls, addressing challenges, and supporting daily needs.
Requirements
  • Extensive Amazon 3P/FBA/Seller Central experience, preferably from an Amazon Native Brand, Aggregator, or Seller Agency.
  • P&L management experience, ideally with exposure to £8 million+.
  • Proven success in Amazon PPC campaigns with large budgets.
  • Proactive learner, engaging in forums, newsletters, industry events, and networking to stay updated.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • Experience working with multiple brands across different countries and stages of Amazon growth.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented manner.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility.
