Senior Amazon Account Manager

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing consultancy, specialises in helping Amazon brands maximise their potential. They are experts in driving growth, enhancing operations, and solving complex challenges. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to join their team and lead strategic initiatives with high-performing clients.

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing relationships, optimising performance, and driving success for Amazon brands. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on impactful projects and be at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.

This role requires an absolute superstar when it comes to Amazon execution, but will not be responsible for executing and activating on clients' behalf; they work purely in a consultative and educational manner. If you've been executing and activating throughout your career and want to use this experience to educate high-performing brands on how to achieve even more on Amazon, then this could be the job for you.

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will:

  • Design and execute advanced Amazon PPC strategies, managing six-figure monthly budgets.
  • Analyze and implement strategies to improve organic rankings and optimise product listings.
  • Manage 8-figure Private Label brand portfolios, ensuring continued growth and profitability.
  • Oversee backend logistics, inventory, and cost analysis to improve efficiency.
  • Act as the primary client contact, leading regular calls, addressing challenges, and supporting day-to-day needs.

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will:

  • Have extensive Amazon 3P/FBA/Seller Central experience, ideally from an Amazon Native Brand, Aggregator, or Seller Agency background.
  • Have P&L management experience, ideally with exposure to £8 million+.
  • Be a master of Amazon PPC, having activated multiple successful campaigns with large budgets.
  • Be an obsessive Amazon Seller Central user, proactively seeking new learning opportunities through forums, newsletters, industry events, networking, etc.
  • Possess outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
  • Have exceptional organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Enjoy working with multiple diverse brands across different countries, products, and stages of Amazon evolution.
  • Remain detail-oriented while working at a fast pace.
  • Preferably work in a fully remote environment with flexibility.
