Job summary
AtkinsRéalis in the UK is seeking an Associate or Associate Director Civil Airport Engineer to lead planning, design and delivery of complex airport infrastructure across major UK airports such as Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester. You will shape airfield, landside and terminal projects, mentor teams and drive technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Chartered status with ICE or equivalent seniority with proven track record.
- Extensive experience in airport or highways pavement design and multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership on UK and international airport civil projects as Project Director or Technical Lead.
- Lead development and delivery of airfield infrastructure, including pavements and maintenance plans.
- Manage client relationships, bids, and opportunities to drive business growth.
- Chair design reviews, client workshops, and senior stakeholder meetings.
- Mentor and develop junior staff and contribute to discipline growth.
