Job summary

AtkinsRéalis, a leading design and technology practice, seeks a Senior or Principal Civil Airport Engineer to join its Aviation team in the UK. You will lead civil airport infrastructure delivery across airports and international commissions, shaping airfield, terminal and landside projects from concept to handover.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions for Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester and beyond, supporting

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Chartered or Incorporated status with ICE or equivalent OR clear progression plan.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of civil engineering solutions for airport infrastructure projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated, efficient and sustainable airport infrastructure solutions.
Act as a technical lead, providing guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians.
Prepare and review technical reports, calculations, specifications, drawings and design packages.
Build and maintain relationships with airport operators, clients and project partners.
