Qualifications
- Degree and professional institution membership are required.
- Proven track record leading major airport development programmes.
- Strong understanding of airport planning, airside, landside and civil engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead Airport Planning and Airfield Civil Engineering team, set direction and develop capability.
- Build relationships with airport operators and aviation stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Provide technical leadership across a portfolio of airport projects with high-quality solutions.
- Guide development from concept to delivery for airport planning and civil designs.
- Support programmes focused on expansion, efficiency, sustainability and resilience.
- Collaborate with engineering, environmental, digital and programme management disciplines.
- Identify and secure new opportunities to grow the aviation business.
- Mentor future leaders and technical specialists in the team.
- Represent the business through client engagement and industry forums.
