Willis Aviation Services Limited is seeking a Storage & Disassembly Manager to lead aircraft storage, preservation, disassembly and parts recovery at Teesside International Airport. You will oversee end-of-life programmes, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and value recovery.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with engineering, quality, logistics and customers, and drive continuous improvement in cost, schedule and asset recovery performance.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK CAA Part-66 B1 Aircraft Maintenance Licence.
• 7–10+ years' experience within aviation maintenance, storage, disassembly or MRO environments.
• 3–5 years' supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices, teardown procedures and documentation.
• Experience with aircraft end-of-life programmes, parts recovery and asset disposition.
• Good understanding of commercial aircraft, engines and major systems.
• Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and aviation management systems.
• Experience with inventory management, warehousing or supply chain processes.
• Demonstrate leadership, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead aircraft storage, preservation, disassembly and teardown programmes from induction through to final disposition.
• Manage preservation programmes in line with CAMO and manufacturer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Plan and supervise removal of engines, landing gear, avionics, structures and components per procedures.
• Establish project work scopes, manpower, tooling and timelines.
• Oversee component recovery, identification, tagging, preservation and traceability.
• Manage inventory control and ensure accurate records for recovered parts.
• Monitor performance against cost, schedule and asset recovery targets.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, company procedures and SMS.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
• Lead, develop and support technicians, supervisors and planners.
