Willis Aviation Services Limited is seeking a Technical Estimator to join our team at Teesside International Airport. You will prepare accurate, commercially viable quotations for maintenance, modifications and rectification within our UK CAA Part-145 MRO environment.

You will review work packages with Planning, Production, Stores and Procurement to develop detailed cost projections covering labour, materials and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance estimating/planning/commercial environment.
• Ability to interpret maintenance documentation and technical information.
• Desirable: Part-145 and/or Part-M/CAMO environment knowledge.
• Familiarity with maintenance-record systems such as AMOS, OASES or Tracking Plus.

Responsabilités

• Review customer work packages and technical documentation to prepare detailed quotations.
• Develop quotations for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, rectification, modification and component activities.
• Estimate labour hours considering aircraft configuration, procedures and experience.
• Identify required manpower disciplines and external services; liaise with internal teams to validate estimates.
• Create and maintain quotation models and historical cost databases; establish standard rates.
