Job summary

Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL) is seeking an Avionics Mechanic to join our Base Maintenance team at Teesside International Airport. You will perform avionics maintenance, repairs, modifications and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with MOE, data and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate holds an aeronautical avionics qualification with at least two years' maintenance experience, strong IPC/HF knowledge, and a methodical approach to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires aeronautical qualification in avionics and maintenance ability.
• Min two years' aircraft maintenance experience.
• Organised, methodical with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance standards and data.

Responsibilities

• Carry out avionics maintenance, repair, modification and troubleshooting tasks with oversight.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and task cards.
• Follow MOE, approved data and documentation.
• Comply with health and safety policies including COSHH.
• Promote safety and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Support facility maintenance when not on aircraft work.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standards.
