NCG is actively seeking a Senior AI Test Engineer to join our ITES sector team in England. You will design and execute test plans for AI models, collaborate with data scientists, and automate testing processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

As a senior member, you will mentor junior engineers, help shape testing strategies, and ensure AI solutions are robust and reliable across projects. This role emphasizes hands-on testing leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in AI testing or related fields.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or C++ for test automation and scripting.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Excellent communication to stakeholders across tech and non-tech teams.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and work collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with AI developers and data scientists to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Automate testing processes using industry-standard tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct performance testing of AI systems to ensure scalability and reliability under different conditions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and improvements for future reference.
• Stay updated on the latest AI testing tools and methodologies and integrate them into the testing processes.
• Mentor junior test engineers, providing guidance and support in AI testing best practices.
