Qualifications

• Experience building maintainable systems across large codebases.
• Production Python experience with reliable code.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing workflows.
• Familiarity with C or C++ for low-level debugging.
• Understanding of ML frameworks beyond API usage.
• Ability to mentor engineers and improve practices.
