Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance to drive AI-enabled validation across multiple use cases. You will shape annotation schemas, ensure rigorous QA for AI outputs, and collaborate with data scientists, reviewers, and product teams.

You will establish calibration, bias detection, and escalation protocols while mentoring junior team members and promoting responsible AI practices. This is a high-impact, office-based role in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technical field (Engineering/CS/IT).
• Certifications in software testing strongly preferred.
• Extensive QA/automation experience in AI/annotation contexts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage project deliverables.
• Lead the design, optimization, and standardization of annotation process and prompts across multiple AI use cases.
• Collaborate with AI team to define annotation schemas, taxonomies, and evaluation rubrics.
• Review complex or high-risk AI outputs and provide quality judgments.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and auditability of annotation and evaluation results.
• Define reusable prompt frameworks and best practices aligned with objectives.
• Evaluate prompt performance at scale and drive improvements with data-driven insights.
• Establish quality benchmarks, calibration processes, and escalation protocols.
• Identify bias and systemic risks in AI outputs and mitigate them.
• Support AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI initiatives.
• Mentor junior annotators / prompt engineers.
