Job summary

EMBS Technology in London is seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead Developer to spearhead enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives. You will lead a team of AI developers while hands‑on building secure, scalable AI services and APIs.

The role covers design of Python and Java services, integration with AWS Bedrock, and delivery within a regulated financial services environment. You’ll mentor engineers, set engineering standards, and collaborate with architects to drive production‑ready AI

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AI developers delivering enterprise‑grade Generative and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and develop Python and Java services, APIs and AI components.
• Build LLM integrations, RAG architectures and agent‑based workflows.
• Develop prompt orchestration, output validation and AI evaluation capabilities.
• Work with AWS services including Bedrock, AgentCore, EKS, EC2, S3 and SQS.
• Design CI/CD pipelines, automation and DevOps practices.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise security and observability frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to establish reusable patterns and standards.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
