EMBS Engineering in London is seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead Developer to drive enterprise‑scale Generative and Agentic AI solutions. You will lead a team of AI developers, while hands‑on coding Python and Java services, building LLM integrations and designing CI/CD pipelines.

The role collaborates with architects and platform engineers to deliver production‑ready AI applications in a regulated environment. Ideally 12+ years of experience and a hybrid London work pattern are expected.

Formación

• Strong commercial software engineering experience with hands-on Generative AI development.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering production-grade AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Java and building scalable APIs and AI components.

Responsabilidades

• Leading a team of AI Developers delivering enterprise-grade Generative and Agentic AI solutions.
• Designing and developing Python and Java services, APIs and AI components.
• Building LLM integrations, RAG architectures and agent-based workflows.
• Developing prompt orchestration, output validation and AI evaluation capabilities.
• Working with AWS services including Bedrock, AgentCore, EKS, EC2, S3 and SQS.
• Designing CI/CD pipelines, automation and DevOps practices.
• Integrating AI services with enterprise security and observability frameworks.
