Job summary

FutureSearch is seeking a Head of Product to maximize the value of our app for customers and humanity. The role collaborates with senior leaders to chart growth from early PMF to a global product with wide impact.

We operate fully remotely, with a focus on London and occasional travel to SF and Berlin. Flexible hours require synchronous overlap with US-Europe hours; equity is above average for seed-stage startups.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background and ability to translate technology into customer value.
• Track record of growing products from early PMF to a substantial business.
• Excellent design intuition to craft intuitive user experiences.
• Rapid prototyping skills and ability to ship features end-to-end with engineering support.
• Experience branding, marketing, and maintaining a product, including public communications.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a growth strategy to maximize FutureSearch impact.
• Collaborate with executives (VP Eng, VP Research, Director of Forecasting, CEO) to grow the product.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery in a remote startup environment.
