OHO Group in London is seeking a Founding Product Engineer (AI) to join an early-stage startup, owning the product and technical direction. You will work across full-stack engineering and applied AI to build intelligent products from the ground up.

The role requires 1–5 years of software experience, a strong full-stack background, and a hands-on approach to AI-native product development. Equity is highly meaningful in this founding team.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack engineer with solid fundamentals.
• Language-agnostic; comfortable picking up new technologies.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic AI or AI-powered applications.
• Experience taking products from idea through development and into production.
• Previous early-stage startup or founding engineering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction and technical architecture.
• Build AI-native products from ground up across the stack.
• Collaborate with a founding team to ship features and iterate quickly.
