Job summary

Publicis Media seeks an experienced builder to own the design and continuous improvement of AI agents on the Marcel MRCL platform. You will audit processes, translate problems into AI-powered workflows, and deploy automated, measurable tasks across data, media, and marketing workflows.

The role requires strong knowledge of AI tools, workflow automation, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This is a collaborative role within the Groupe.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML-related roles or projects.
• Familiarity with AI tools and no-code platforms.
• Ability to map workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Interest in marketing technology and data-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents to automate tasks across data, media, and marketing workflows.
• Create detailed process maps to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop functional/technical specs for AI agents based on needs.
• Coordinate with teams to connect agents with datasets, APIs, and platforms.
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements for AI agents.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to test models and apply them to use cases.
• Produce clear documentation, demos, and training materials for stakeholders.
