Job summary

Anthropic seeks an Applied AI team member in the UK to act as a trusted pre-sales architect for UK Central Government and Northern Europe public sector customers. You will guide technical discovery, evals, and deployment, ensuring secure, scalable Claude integration within public sector constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience navigating complex public sector buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders — commercial teams, digital and technology leadership, policy owners, and SROs.
• Active UK Security Check (SC) clearance, with willingness for higher levels of clearance where required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions for UK public sector clients.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the Claude adoption journey, coordinating across teams to drive customer success.
• Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
