• Experience delivering advanced AI systems from research through to production.
• Deep hands-on expertise in modern AI including large language models and generative AI.
• Proven ability to design and build novel model architectures and iterate rapidly toward measurable outcomes.
• Solid experience with automated training pipelines, training orchestration, and scalable model evaluation.
• Practical experience applying reinforcement learning in real product or research settings.
• Excellent Python skills and strong software engineering fundamentals for building reliable, maintainable AI systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Aufgaben

• Lead cutting-edge research and development of state-of-the-art AI models for Design and Manufacturing challenges within the Teamcenter Bill of Materials portfolio.
• Design, prototype, and build novel model architectures that push the boundaries of what is possible for our products.
• Architect and implement Generative AI agents that solve real-world enterprise engineering and manufacturing workflows.
• Build robust, automated training pipelines that enable rapid experimentation, retraining, and continuous improvement at scale.
• Define and run rigorous evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to ensure model quality, robustness, and reliability.
• Turn innovative ideas into patents and shipped product features, partnering closely with engineering, product, and domain experts.
• Mentor engineers and set high technical standards across research, experimentation, and productionization.
