Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup in London offers a hybrid Senior AI Security Engineer role focused on designing and embedding security across AI-driven systems. You will drive secure-by-design principles within the software development lifecycle and help shape our Information Security vision.

This role centres on designing, testing, piloting and deploying security solutions that automate security processes at scale across design, build and maintenance phases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Information Security, with hands-on Application or Infrastructure Security
• Strong understanding of security principles, controls and architectures
• Experience with threat modelling and secure system design
• Exposure to AI/agentic systems and governance for AI solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and develop security solutions for AI-driven and agentic systems.
• Conduct traditional and AI-specific threat modelling and risk assessments.
• Embed security controls throughout the SDLC, from design to governance.
• Develop reusable security patterns, frameworks and standards for engineering teams.
• Support secure go-to-market processes for new products and capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure implementatation and handover of security solutions.
• Validate security hypotheses through PoCs and pilot solutions.
• Support scoping, build and industrialisation of AI-enabled InfoSec initiatives.
• Work with the AI Architect and Security Architecture team to align with strategic objectives.
