Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior AI Security Engineer in London for a 6-month hybrid contract. You will design and embed security controls across AI-driven and agentic systems, ensuring secure-by-design throughout the software development lifecycle and shaping our information security vision.

This role emphasizes designing, testing, piloting and deploying security solutions that automate security processes at scale, with collaboration across Information Security and Architecture teams.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years' experience in Information Security, with hands-on app or infra security.
• Strong understanding of core security principles, controls and architectures.
• Experience with threat modelling and secure system design.
• Experience embedding security within the SDLC.
• Exposure to AI/agentic systems, including governance for AI solutions.
• Ability to translate security requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Hands-on design, build, test and deployment of security solutions that automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop security solutions for AI-driven and agentic systems.
• Conduct threat modelling and risk assessments.
• Embed security controls throughout the SDLC, including design, testing, release and governance.
• Develop reusable security patterns, frameworks and standards for engineering teams.
• Support secure go-to-market processes for new products and capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for successful implementation and handover.
• Validate security hypotheses via POCs and pilot solutions.
• Support AI-enabled information security initiatives across the organisation.
• Coordinate with the Architect and Security team to align with strategic objectives.
