Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a hands-on Lead AI Architect to drive delivery of large-scale AI and data transformation programmes within the Security & Justice sector. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development to move AI solutions from PoC to secure, production-grade deployments in highly regulated environments.

You will blend deep expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, Generative AI and cloud platforms with delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement and governance to design end-to-end

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions into production.
• Strong experience leading technical teams and complex transformation programmes.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures and Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
