Qualifications

• Production-grade Python code written at scale with a focus on maintainability.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS), containers (Kubernetes), and job schedulers.
• Ability to own technical projects as a senior individual contributor.
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, PyTorch, and LLMS tooling.

Responsabilités

• Design and build core platform components for experiments and results.
• Translate research needs into well-engineered systems.
• Lead significant engineering projects from design to maintenance.
• Write scalable production code with testing and observability.
• Improve engineering standards and workflows in a research-heavy environment.
• Collaborate with Core Technology and engineering teams to align tooling.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and shared infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
