Qualifications

• Deliver production‑quality software across systems.
• Deep Python experience and ecosystem familiarity.
• Designing and evolving software architectures.
• Strong interest in improving AI safety.
• Own ambiguous, technically hard problems and deliver.
• Communicate clearly and raise engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Build evaluation infrastructure at scale for cyber and autonomy evaluations.
• Develop analysis tooling to turn results into actionable insights.
• Lead testing exercises: define questions, run evaluations, publish findings.
• Deliver engineering work: own projects from design to maintenance.
• Write production‑quality Python with testing, docs and observability.
