Job summary

AI Security Institute in London is seeking software engineers to join our Core Technology Team. You will work on research-oriented software and infrastructure, from sandbox plugins to model hosting and evaluation tooling, in small teams.

You will work with world-class researchers, receive mentorship from technical leads, and have opportunities to publish. Hybrid work in the UK with some remote collaboration is available.

Qualifications

• Writing production quality code at a fast pace.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Experience with research teams and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Add features to sandbox plugins for Inspect and safe code execution.
• Support new open-weights model on hosting platform.
• Design custom infra for research projects.
• Collaborate with open-source community on Inspect features.
• Assist evaluation testing and debug API changes in lab SDK.
