GlobalLogic Inc. is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead (Data & Intelligence Engineering) in the UK to drive end-to-end data transformation programmes across BFSI, spanning Data Lakehouses, Data Mesh, real-time analytics, and GenAI pipelines.

You will partner with C-suite executives, manage multi-million-pound initiatives, lead distributed teams of 100+, ensure governance, risk, and regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable business value through intelligent engineering.

Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 15+ years of experience in Digital Engineering or IT Consulting with Banking/FSI experience.
• Domain & Technical Expertise: Data & AI architecture fluency across modern data stacks and MLOps.
• Cloud & Platform Mastery: Enterprise migrations and analytics on AWS/Azure/GCP, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Data Governance & Compliance: GDPR/CCPA knowledge and BCBS 239, DORA understanding.
• Programme & Delivery Leadership: Leading complex data programmes with 100+ distributed teams.
• Agile Data Operations: DataOps and MLOps with SDLC and automated testing.
• Commercial & Risk Rigour: P&L management and margin optimization in client engagements.
• Strategic Influence & Communication: C-suite advisory and cross-functional collaboration.
• Value & Impact Orchestration: Translate data programs into measurable ROI and outcomes.
• Academic Background: Degree in related quantitative field preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Data Programme Delivery: Lifecycle ownership from inception to production for data platforms.
• Architecture & Technical Alignment: Align strategy with engineering, oversee cloud deployments and scale.
• Pre-Sales & Data Solutioning: Lead technical pre-sales, craft SOWs and viable data migration proposals.
• Data Quality & MLOps Governance: Set standards for data quality, lineage, testing, and MLOps.
• P&L & Commercial Accountability: Manage large programmes, optimize teams and margins.
• Risk & Technical Debt Management: Identify risks and mitigate with metrics-driven plans.
• Regulatory Compliance & Data Ethics: Adhere to GDPR/CCPA and BCBS 239, DORA standards.
• Global Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Direct distributed teams and advise C-suite stakeholders.
• Engineering Culture & Mentorship: Build high-performance data engineering teams and mentors.
