Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Digital & Technology Risk Manager focused on AI risk. You will shape the Group-wide AI risk management approach and provide independent oversight of risk practices across the organisation.

You will translate regulatory expectations into practical risk requirements, work with AI governance and business units, and mentor senior management on risk exposure and controls. The role emphasises governance, credibility, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Seven years or more in operational risk management or related fields.
• Experience creating and reviewing enterprise policies and risk methodologies.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and risk governance.

Responsabilidades

• Design AI risk framework, governance model and control objectives.
• Monitor policy adherence and maturity within risk management.
• Lead lifecycle of AI risk policies and standards with governance approvals.
