55 Exec Search in London is seeking a Senior Manager to shape and grow the Secure AI and Digital Trust capability for a leading management consultancy. You will advise boards and technology leaders on AI governance, help clients adopt AI safely, and design practical governance models with a market-facing role.

The role balances delivery leadership with business development, proposition building and thought leadership, with potential progression to Director within 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• A strong and practical point of view on AI governance, risk and compliance.
• Experience helping clients implement AI controls, not just policy.
• Knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001.
• Broader experience in digital trust, cloud security and cyber strategy.
• Confidence advising boards and executives.
• Experience creating propositions and publishing thought leadership.
• Evidence of contributing to business development and account growth.
• Ambition to progress toward Director within 12-18 months.
• Experience in agentic security, AI-enabled SOC or GRC is valuable.
• Exposure to tooling, automation or AI-enabled delivery capabilities.
• Certifications such as AIGP, CISSP or CCSP welcome.

• Originate opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Explore developing areas such as agentic security, post-quantum readiness and cryptographic agility.
