Job summary

GSK in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Manager, Product Management – Customer Planning & AI Enablement. You will own the technology strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Enterprise Account Management and US enablement of enterprise/global AI capabilities for the field organization.

The role requires collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Commercial Operations, and Information Security to enable responsible AI, governance, deployment, and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Technology Product Management, Commercial Technology, CRM, Master Data Management, AI-enabled products, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing enterprise technology products from strategy to lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise CRM, master data, and data-driven planning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology strategy, roadmap, architecture, delivery, and lifecycle for Enterprise Account Management capabilities.
• Define and execute multi-year roadmaps aligned with Commercial priorities and global technology direction.
• Lead assessment, enablement, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI capabilities.
• Ensure AI capabilities comply with internal standards and governance.
