Picture More Ltd is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the firm’s AI strategy from a global technology function in London. The hybrid role combines hands-on ML work with strategic oversight across the full delivery lifecycle.

You will guide a talented team, manage external providers, and partner with senior leaders to translate AI use cases into measurable business outcomes while ensuring governance and ROI.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience across the full ML/AI life cycle, from development to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for AI solutions across the firm.
• Lead the full life cycle of AI solution delivery from model development to deployment.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers with high performance standards.
• Direct external service providers and drive continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to translate AI use cases into business value.
• Act as the firm's go-to expert on AI strategy and ROI realization.
• Own budget and benefits realization for AI initiatives.
