Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team. You will design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and multi-agent systems for enterprise customers, focusing on scalable, secure deployments and reliable agent applications.

You will bridge software engineering, infrastructure, and customer-facing work, shaping best practices, guiding deployments, and collaborating with product, engineering, and engagement teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical, hands-on customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, highly available infrastructure for AI platform deployments (compute, storage, networking, security)
• Design multi-agent systems using LangChain/LangGraph and implement agent logic
• Lead technical maturity assessments with enterprise customers and present recommendations
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Product/Engineering teams to drive outcomes
