Job summary

Together AI is seeking an Infra Agent Systems Engineer to help build production AI agents and the platform they run on, from knowledge graphs to orchestration and tooling. This role blends AI agents, distributed systems, and automation at scale in a modern AI native cloud.

You’ll work across two areas — Infrastructure Agent Systems and Core Agent Platform — delivering end-to-end services, APIs, and observability for a world-class GPU fleet.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production backend/distributed systems
• Strong systems design skills; ownership from design to production
• Depth in AI agent systems, knowledge graphs, or search systems
• Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD), IaC, cloud platforms
• Proficient in Go, TypeScript, Python, or Rust

Responsibilities

• Design and build production AI agent systems for diagnosing and remediating infra issues.
• Build distributed services, orchestration, knowledge graphs, and retrieval systems.
• Develop fleet intelligence combining telemetry, state, and incidents.
• Integrate with observability, incident management, ticketing, and SCM via APIs.
• Own services end to end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, ops.
• Improve agent performance through evaluations and tooling.
• Turn production learnings into reliable software and automation.
