Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience designing and building complex software systems, distributed systems, data platforms or cloud-native services.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools to improve coding, testing, documentation or design.
• Experience developing software for telecommunications, networking or complex infrastructure platforms, with understanding of architectures and integration.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, concurrency, operating systems, networking, APIs and performance trade-offs.
• Experience with AWS or cloud platforms including architecture, security, deployment, observability and cost considerations.
• Hands-on programming in Go, Rust, C/C++ or Java; Python is advantageous.
• Ability to make architectural decisions and guide engineering teams.
• Secure-by-design development, automated testing, observability and governance.
• Clear communication with engineering teams, stakeholders and leadership.
