Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and ship real software.
• Experience with AI-native workflows and using coding agents.
• Strong debugging and systems reasoning across Linux, networks, containers and cloud environments.
• Comfort with Linux and deployment/ops (containers, CI/CD, cloud, IaC, observability).
• Clear communication and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor-level technical/scientific degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship customer‑facing multi‑cloud AI compute products.
• Develop coding agents across the full lifecycle: investigation, design, implementation, testing, review, documentation and ops.
• Own the correctness and security of your code, agent‑generated or not.
• Operate cloud‑native systems across providers; diagnose Linux/network/container/cloud issues.
• Collaborate with founders, engineers and customers to turn ideas into production systems.
• Evaluate new AI tools and adopt impactful ones; shape architecture and drive technical direction.
