Job summary

Aviva is seeking a senior role within its Group Model Validation Centre of Excellence in the UK. You will provide independent oversight across advanced analytics, ML and AI models that influence pricing, reserving, customer insight and operational decisions.

You’ll challenge model governance and contribute to validation methodologies while collaborating with risk, analytics and technology teams. This is a flexible, hybrid opportunity with a focus on responsible AI, robust controls and business

Qualifications

• Significant experience in model validation or risk-based roles.
• Strong understanding of analytics, ML and AI models with independent oversight experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across analytics, risk, technology and business functions.
