Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on practitioner delivering production AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Auto-GPT.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning and AI.
• Experience with Large Language Models, NLP, Knowledge Graphs, CV, or RL.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, ML, data mining, IR, statistics.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, MXNet, Scikit-Learn.
• Strong Python and Spark programming, vector operations with numpy/scipy; distributed computation with multi-GPU, Dask, Ray, Polars.
• Familiarity with AWS services like EMR, SageMaker.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile, CI/CD, resiliency, security.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI/ML projects through the ML development lifecycle using Agile methods.
• Translate business requirements into AI/ML specs and milestones.
• Execute solutions with innovative design, development, and debugging.
• Produce secure, production-grade code and maintain production algorithms.
• Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
• Develop visualizations and reporting from large data sets.
• Identify data patterns to improve code hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to software engineering communities exploring new tech.
