Qualifications

• 5+ years building software and supporting it in live production.
• Able to read and fix code in unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience creating small, purpose-built integrations with AI coding tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical pain points for customers.
• Own engagements from diagnosis to resolution with customers.
• Access and modify Incydr code and deployment tooling.
• Develop custom scripts and integrations for customers' environments.
• Collaborate with engineering to drive product improvements.
