Qualifications

• Several years shipping web/mobile products in production, at a senior level.
• Product-minded and capable of making design trade-offs.
• Comfortable across the complete technology stack.
• Fluent with AI-assisted development and willing to learn.
• Data literate and curious about commercial outcomes.
• Strong communicator, able to lead discussions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes and drive measurable results.
• Build across the stack using AI as a tool.
• Create rules and CI gates for AI code output.
• Ensure UI & UX are high quality.
• Raise quality standards through the system.
• Help others build by creating safe paths.
