Zusammenfassung

RELEX is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to own Claude and related AI applications used by the Sales team. You will shape how Claude reads and changes in Salesforce, design human-in-the-loop processes, and ensure context portability to protect seller judgment across tools.

You will lead architecture for AI initiatives, including Cortex and self-built Sales apps, while collaborating with platform and security teams. Hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifikationen

• Background in building software for AI applications or agents in production (>=5 years).
• Experience integrating with systems of record such as Salesforce via APIs and permission models.
• Hands-on cloud hosting experience including deployment, secrets, and monitoring.
• Strong writing ability for decision requests, definitions of done and documentation.
• Knowledge of sales tools across engagement, enrichment, intent, call recording, CPQ, etc.
• Ability to balance autonomous AI with human-in-the-loop controls to protect judgment.

Aufgaben

• Own Claude plugins, skills and connectors and their lifecycle (release, support, retirement).
• Define what Claude may read/change in Salesforce and related systems with guardrails.
• Design human-in-the-loop processes and context portability for seller workflows.
• Lead architecture and development of AI applications for the Sales division (outside Cortex).
• Represent Sales needs to the AI Platform team including data access and security considerations.
• Mentor teams as a technical leader and stay aligned with platform roadmaps.
