The position focuses on building AI-assisted workflows, evaluating AI-generated code, and shaping enterprise-scale architectures while staying closely connected to the codebase.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals across modern stacks.
• Experience with Go, Java or TypeScript in production systems.
• Hands-on integration of AI across development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to design and operate distributed, enterprise-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Building AI-assisted software engineering workflows, including coding agents and agent orchestration
• Designing evaluation, testing and quality frameworks for AI-generated code
• Building and evolving distributed, high-volume, resilient systems
• Working across AWS, cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD and observability
• Reviewing and challenging AI-generated code with engineering judgement
• Developing guardrails and human oversight for reliable AI production use
• Contributing to architecture and engineering standards across a complex tech environment
• Maintain strong hands-on engineering presence with deep domain expertise
