Job summary

Tech Talent Network in London seeks an Applied AI Engineer to help build the future of AI. You will work with a fast-moving startup and founders on products used by global enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities include building production AI systems (RAG, LLM workflows, AI agents) and owning projects end-to-end across backend, infrastructure and AI, shaping architectural direction from the ground up. Strong academic background and 5+ years of software experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong software engineering experience.
• Exceptional academic background (BSc, MSc or PhD from a top university).
• Experience building and deploying AI applications in production.

Responsibilities

• Build production AI systems including RAG pipelines, LLM workflows and AI agents.
• Own projects end-to-end across backend, infrastructure and AI.
• Shape architecture, engineering culture and technical direction from the ground up.
• Work on genuinely hard problems with huge real-world impact.
