Qualifications

• Experience in AI enablement, automation or digital change.
• Ability to translate opportunities into practical roadmaps and business cases.
• Self-directed with ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including with senior leadership.
• Strong judgement around quality, risk, governance and data sensitivity.
• Pragmatic approach to change rather than forceful.
• Consulting, professional services or client-service background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess current workflows, AI usage and high-value opportunities.
• Build and deliver a practical AI enablement roadmap.
• Identify where to adopt existing tools vs build tailored solutions.
• Lead AI implementation and adoption across consulting and business functions.
• Improve knowledge management and support related technical projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to test, refine and embed new workflows.
• Create guidance, training and governance around responsible AI use.
• Manage specialist contractors or partners when needed.
• Translate opportunities into clear, credible business cases.
