This hands-on role involves ownership of technical architecture decisions, implementing AI-driven workflows, and ensuring high standards of quality, reliability, and governance across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled software engineering solutions.
• Define technical architecture and engineering standards across multiple teams.
• Support the adoption of AI-assisted development practices and tooling.
• Review, govern, and improve AI-generated code and outputs.
• Build scalable, resilient systems used by large numbers of users.
• Drive best practices across testing, observability, CI/CD, deployment, and platform reliability.
• Partner with product leaders and engineers to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Help accelerate the organisation's journey toward more frequent, automated, and reliable software releases.
