Job summary

EY’s Forward Deployed Engineering team seeks an Associate Director to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven data-centric solutions in client environments. You will lead cross-functional efforts, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to problem definition, architecture, prototyping, deployment, and scaling—delivering measurable business value.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, shape technical roadmaps, and accelerate growth through technical demos, pursuits, and client engagements

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML solution delivery.
• Proven experience delivering scalable AI/ML solutions in client-facing or collaborative roles.
• Solid expertise in ML, NLP, CV, data platforms, and big data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to support AI and data strategy initiatives.
• Develop and deploy AI/LLM-powered applications using RAG, autonomous agents, and orchestration frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers and data scientists within cross-functional pods; drive innovation and best practices.
