Job summary

Aircall in London is hiring a Senior Software AI Engineer to join the Engineering Productivity team. You will accelerate AI adoption across the engineering organization by building AI-powered tools and systems that reduce friction and automate repetitive tasks.

This role focuses on practical, production-grade AI solutions used by engineers daily. You will own projects end-to-end from discovery to measure impact and adoption, with a strong emphasis on delivering tangible time savings and improved

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with recent focus on GenAI systems.
Experience building production-grade systems, not just prototypes.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompting, retrieval, and context injection.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of rapid AI adoption across the engineering organization.
Design and build production-grade AI-powered developer tooling.
Build contextual, system-aware AI assistants using internal data, codebases, and tooling.
Automate workflows across GitLab, Jira, CI/CD, Slack, and observability tools.
Own end-to-end solutions from discovery to iteration.
Work with engineering teams to remove friction and move tools into daily practice.
