WRITER is seeking an AI engineer to shape how enterprises harness superintelligence. You will architect and deploy scalable AI applications, working closely with researchers, data scientists, and product managers to translate research into practical, production-ready features.

The role is hybrid in our London hub, reporting to the Head of AI Engineering. You will help ensure our LLMs and AI agents are secure, scalable, and ethically aligned, delivering impact at scale for leading enterprises.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building ML/AI systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
• Solid foundation in ML, DL, and NLP with LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable AI applications into production environments.
• Drive the development of intelligent agents and AI-powered features for customers.
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and product managers to define technical requirements and deliver features.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to maintain leadership in enterprise AI space.
• Champion responsible AI practices including bias detection, explainability, and safety alignment.
