Job summary

People Hive is supporting a client in London to recruit a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - Agentic AI. You will build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems for enterprise customers, combining software engineering with LLM frameworks and enterprise integrations.

The role demands hands-on AI development experience with agent frameworks, and the ability to engage directly with enterprise customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, Java or an equivalent language.
• Practical LLM and AI agent development experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI framework and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver production deployments.
