Owlis Technology Limited is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy LLM-based solutions for client environments, often on-site with clients and remotely within the UK. You will work under the Head of AI to deliver AI assistants, agents and automations while ensuring security, testing and maintainable handover.

The role emphasizes client-facing delivery, strong Python/C# development, API integrations, and governance across deployments.

Qualifikationen

• Built and shipped applications using large language models (assistants, RAG, or agents).
• Writes production-quality Python or C# code with version control and testing.
• Has integrated AI or applications with business systems through APIs (e.g., Microsoft Graph).
• Builds with security and data protection in mind: least privilege and secrets handling.
• Able to work directly with client users to understand problems and explain what was built.

Aufgaben

• Design, build and deploy LLM applications for clients: assistants, retrieval over documents, agents and AI-assisted workflows.
• Integrate with client systems through APIs with scoped permissions.
• Choose models and services to fit client needs and budget, with Head of AI guidance.
• Use version control and deployment pipelines for all shipped work.
• Work on site or remotely with client staff to test with real users and provide plain-language explanations.
• Maintain security, evaluation sets and handover documentation; log work in HaloPSA.
• Contribute connectors, templates and prompt/evaluation sets to a shared library for internal use.
• Meet KPIs: deliver repeatable propositions, show architecture decisions and successful client outcomes.
